Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Within Germany, the shipping costs are €4.30 up to a goods value of your order of €40.00. If your order has a goods value of more than €40.00, there are no shipping costs.
From an order value of 40.01 € we deliver free of charge.

When shipping bulky goods (forwarding shipping), we charge as follows:
Bulky goods are sent by freight forwarder. Within Germany there is no surcharge for forwarding.

When sending bulky goods (forwarding) abroad, we calculate as follows:
We only ship bulky goods within Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Poland and Denmark. We currently ship bulky goods to these countries without a surcharge.

delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
