Since the Target and Winmau dartboards have a slightly smaller diameter than the other boards on the market, it can happen that the catch ring that previously fit on the Unicorn Eclipse Board suddenly sits too loosely and cannot be used properly is. The McDart spacer strip is self-adhesive and compensates for the difference in diameter when glued to the sides of the board. The catch ring is now firmly attached to the board.
Since August 1st, 2018, we have been adding such a spacer strip to every order of the McDart Catchring (Art.No. DBS2-black and DBS2-red).
