Eligible purchases earn 5 McDart Points per €1. Points are based on goods including VAT after discounts, excluding shipping. The calculated amount is rounded to whole points, with halves rounded up. Campaign conditions may provide extra points. Your cart shows the estimated points.

You exchange points for shopping vouchers. The bigger the voucher, the higher your benefit – up to 6 %. You can see the exact tiers in the table above.

Redeem available points in your cart or create a voucher code in your points account. Creating the code deducts the points. Then copy the code into the voucher field in your cart.

Points are credited when your order reaches Paid. Any outstanding points adjustment from returns is settled first.

Activate coupons before shopping. All activated bonus coupons whose conditions are met are considered in your cart. Check each coupon for eligible products, minimum order value and validity.

Yes, bonus coupons can be combined. If you activate three eligible coupons, all three are considered. Each must be valid and meet its product and minimum order conditions. Discounts cannot reduce eligible goods or shipping below zero. Multiple points-multiplier coupons add their extra points: 2× and 3× give 4× points together. Other shop promotions have their own conditions.

Points and voucher codes created from points belong to your customer account. These codes can only be redeemed using that account in the corresponding shop.

Birthday campaigns may offer a personal coupon. Check your account to see whether one is available to you, including its validity and conditions.

Each points credit is valid for 12 months from its credit date. New points do not extend older credits. Redemptions use the oldest points first. Only the unused remainder of each credit expires on its own date.

Points earned for returned items are adjusted. If already spent, the outstanding amount is offset against future credits and shown in your points account. Unused voucher codes remain available. If an order using a points voucher is cancelled or fully refunded, its code remains used and the points spent on it are refunded. Your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Yes. Your account shows your points, transactions and coupons. Sign in with this account when shopping.

A voucher created from points is a single-use discount code. Choose a value covered by your eligible goods: unused value is not stored as a remaining voucher balance. Check the discount applied before placing your order.
